Payment Policies
All new customers are required to pay a 50% deposit before production can begin on their order. For payment Wintex accepts: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Checks, Money Orders, E- Checks, Pay Pal, and/or certified school or government Purchase Orders.

Terms are given at the discretion of Wintex. The full amount of an invoice may and can be charged to the supplied credit card on file at any point before, during, or after the order. There is a Rs. 500 or $35 service fee for each returned check. All refunds of Rs. 3000 or $100 or more will be returned by check within 10- 15 business days via first class mail.

Return Policy
No returns of imprinted products are accepted. Unimprinted

merchandise returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the necessary freight costs to return the product do apply. A cancellation fee of Rs. 1000 or $30 will be applied to all cancelled jobs unless advised otherwise. Any chargeable services performed up until the time of cancellation will be billed at Wintex discretion.

Imprinting Policies
Wintex will size all artwork to utilize each items maximum imprint area unless otherwise noted in writing by the customer. 15% over or 15% under the quantity ordered is deemed acceptable for all items. (For Example - If you order 100 Ties, you may receive 85 Ties or 115 Ties.) Either way you will be billed for the exact amount shipped. Color misregistration of the industry standard 1/16 inch is considered acceptable but may different depending on the item.

Shipping Policies/Due Dates
Wintex reserves the right to choose the carrier and to use expedited shipping to meet customer deadlines. Estimated "In-Hands" dates are not guaranteed unless specifically marked on the signed, dated, and approved customer order acknowledgment as an "EVENT DATE." Production time begins from the date the order has been released into production.In India we use Blue Dart /Speed post/Blosam air cargo.
