Tired of all of those additional fees? Wintex India is committed to delivering the highest quality promotional products printed with your logo for the lowest prices - period. We will fax or e-mail you a composite proof of your imprint for your approval before we begin final production of your order for no additional fee. Proofs can be sent either via fax or e-mail, please specify which method you prefer at the time of placing your order.

FREE Artwork or Typesetting
Do you know what you want, but you just don't know how to make it or e-mail it? Not a problem! Wintex will gladly clean up your artwork or set it up for you FREE of charge. Simply fax, e-mail, or call us with what you are looking for and we will make it happen. While we do not offer logo or artwork design, we can piece together most basic unique prints if needed for no additional fee.

Low Price Guarantee
If you find a lower catalog price on any merchandise available through Wintex India. that you have purchased from us within the last 30 days, or are looking to purchase from our company, we will gladly match that pricing and refund 110% of the difference. This low price guarantee is limited to registered suppliers and excludes any advertised specials, closeouts, or liquidation sales. The low price guarantee applies to items that are the same brand, same size, same color, and have the same imprint.

Delivery Guarantee
Under normal circumstances Wintex India. will guarantee to ship your merchandise on or before your specific deadline; however you should be aware that we can not be held responsible for delays on the part of the carrier who is delivering your merchandise. In rare instances, we may actually ship the item after the intended ship date by a faster shipping method in order to meet the intended receipt date. The additional cost for this will be at our expense. While Wintex India does guarantee that your goods will arrive by a certain day, we are unable to guarantee an exact time of delivery.

No Order Processing Fees
Wintex India does not require you to spend a minimum dollar amount. Whether you want a single blank t-shirt or if your total sale is only $1.00, here at Wintex India we would be more than happy to service you. Unlike some of our competitors, we do not charge processing fees if your order does not meet some predetermined criteria; in fact, we encourage you to buy only what you actually need! However, customization is costly and complex work and in rare cases, factory less than minimum charges may be required.
